Can u check if this xbox is real

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to know if a serial number of an Xbox is legitimate. There is no website that can lookup Xbox product IDs. If you are purchasing a used Xbox, the best way is to ask for pictures of the console info from the seller. Even better if you can do a video call.

You can verify its serial number by accessing your console settings, going to "System" then "Console info" where you can find the serial number which can be checked against Microsoft's database to confirm authenticity.

i dont think a xbox will get banned without a real check so i guess u got a flashed xbox or something? maybe someone screwed u over by buying it ? like these bad guys??? i think thats why u keep asking when xbox answer u instead of starting a thread in the

If u have family settings on ur console or account, u can turn it off. my girlfriend is 16 but she plays +18 games, cuz she doesnt have family settings on her console! when she was creating an xbox live account, she just entered her real birthday, and she
has no problem with playing games! i suggest to check ur family settings and see if thats on!
