    Hello, yesterday I turned on my xbox and noticed that I received a 366-day ban account, all after receiving offensive messages from a player who boasted of having a relative working for Microsoft

    I'm going to see the enforcement section and notice that there's no reason for my suspension, but the strangest thing is that I didn't have any blocking notice, it was zero, they notified me of 5 blocking notices but the 366-day suspension

    How is this possible?

    The account is suspended for 366 days only when 8 blocking notices are reached.

    I only have five and I didn't have any until yesterday

    Logically, my review was rejected

    Could you help me?

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and it was denied, there is nothing else that can be done.
