i lost my sync in forza 5. every things lost. can i recovery it?

Please restart your PC. Fully close the game, restart your PC, and then try syncing again.

And then manually syncing your game data. Go to Settings > System > Storage > Manage storage > View contents > Forza Horizon 5 > Saved data and look for any backup files. Rename them if necessary and try syncing again.

Next is to uninstall and then reinstall the game in order for the corrupted files will be deleted. And should sync your game saves too.

mine say it's syncing but I lost every thing from forza

Your save is gone i'm afraid.

For some reason Forza 5/Horizon 2 sometimes have an issue syncing with the cloud server,will get to 99% & fail.

If you had tried to sync it again it would of synced properly or given you the option to use an older save.

I feel your pain,i lost a save with about 150 hours worth of gameplay on Forza 5

I didnt create any new account i just recover it with the microsoft recovery steps like password and after the phone number that was not changed but my main problem its that i lost the games that i payed i had Forza Horizon 4 Forza Horizon 5 and some DLS`s that are all gone and i want my games back i even have the proof for Forza Horizon 5.

If I remember correctly Forza 5 lost the drag tracks and it lost a hell of a lot of other features anyway.
