    Check if the version you bought is the Series X|S version. If it's not then that maybe the cause of your problems. You'll need to get Series X|S version.

    Are your friend on an Xbox One and you're on an Xbox Series X|S or vice versa? If yes, that's the reason why your friend is not visible. It was confirmed by EA that players on Xbox Series X|S can't be able to play on a player that is on Xbox One console.

    Hi Gerardo and thank you for your reply. My friend bought it like a week ago. He went from one s to series s so yeah, it is surely the series s. I cannot understand why is this happening. FC24 indeed has crossplay between same generation consoles but it aint happening
