MCC on PC: Black Screen after starting a campaign

No I didn't but I forgot to mention, that I can play Halo: Infinite without any problems.

EAC did this.

After a sfc /scannow some files got repaired and now it works.

That sounds really frustrating, especially when trying to play with friends. A black screen like that in MCC co-op could be caused by connection issues, game file corruption, or some bug in the game itself.

He is what happened. I put Black OPS into my 360. Started up like it always does. Before it got to the screen to select "Campaign, Multiplayer" I got the "Disconnected from Xbox Live". Then the download screen came up and said "Please wait while update is
applied"

After which Black OPS goes directly to the multiplayer screen. Now if I try playing Black OPS or go back to the Dashboard. I get disconnected from Xbox Live.
