    Headphones connection


    So me and my brother on the same Xbox are having problems with our headphones. New headphones, can hear games n videos, but we can't hear people on parties. It's saying there's no connection, with a triangle and !. Can't seem to get it to work. We have an older XBOX 1, controllers for the XBOX and we just wanna be able to join a party and talk to people.

    It says it can't find a microphone for these people, even when good headphones with a good jack and port are there. Went through tons of settings, maybe just not looking in the right place? We need some help. Please

    The headset static is back.

    I am using a set of headphones connected to my TV at the moment as I feel that the idea of connecting your headphones to your controller was a poor decision by Microsoft.
