    Hello everyone, I am having some issues.with my xbox one and the problem is.that I just simply can't add any accounts after I've reset the console and have done the power cycle ,this all started one day when I.couldnt sign in so I went through these.steps but now it has no accouns on it ,please help

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.
