Suspended personal account

Hello, good day.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my main/personal account, which has been suspended due to suspicious activity. I received verification codes through Gmail and successfully reset my password. However, when I attempted to unlock my account by pressing the "Next" button, I was prompted to input my phone number. Unfortunately, I encountered the message "Try another verification method," but the only available option was my phone number.

I tried using the sign-in helper, but I'm stuck at the "Try another verification method" step

You could have your account and that persons account suspended or banned.

If your account was suspended, someone using your account did. The account was suspended, not the individual. Have you EVER given your account information to any user for ANY reason, even if that person is someone you believe you trust or is a family member?

As long as you report the person for violating the code of conduct the enforcement team will investigate it and if there was a violation then they will suspend the other persons account but you will never be told what the result of the investigation is.
