Cannot access my account at all!

This has been a LONG going issue, and I feel very stuck. Months ago, maybe 7 months ago, I tried to login, and every once in awhile it'll tell me to change my password, and I change it, easy. This time for some reason and everytime now, I try to reset it, but the email it's supposed to send, never actually reaches my email. My email works, and yes I've checked my spam folder. EVERY folder, nook and cranny, I've searched. So I then see another option, to switch emails. Which for me I think perfect! Because the email i was using, I NEVER use. It was my first email my father gave me, and was used for my microsoft account ever since the 360 came out. Thinking to myself that yay! I can put it on my current email, I go forward and answer the questionnaire they give you. Giving every bit of information it asks. It still would decline and decline. So I gave up for awhile, then just yesterday I tried changing emails, and it only doesn't decline, but it doesn't accept either. I have waited the 24 hours it tells me to wait, and I haven't ever gotten anything. I've had this account since I was 8 back when the 360 came out, my profile picture is of MY FACE. And I'm scared that I won't ever be able to gain access to my account again. All my memories, hard work, achievements earned, gone. Not to mention that I've been still paying for the ultimate pass, in hopes that maybe that will help with proof. PLEASE help me

I have looked at those Knowledge Bases but all require me to have GOLD access on my Xbox.

I cannot access the 'Account' tile as a 'FREE' member so I cannot do this.

if you cannot access your microsoft account and have 2fa active then they are right all is lost, and as the microsoft account is the account that minecraft migrated too you have now lost minecraft if you cannot access the microsoft account.
