    i did buy star wars battlefront..took my Money,but i still have to pay for it...

    i have a problem with the latest system update.

    Are you telling me that i have to pay microsoft warranty because xbox decided to mess with my console, they should be doing it for free. Its their fault, i didnt break my console, xbox did!!!! This is stealing money!!!

    They did tell you

    You cannot redeem a gamepass gift.card without adding a payment option to pay for future subscriptions and it would.turn on autorenewal

    You can turn off autoeenewal at account.Microsoft.com but for refund you need to do it there

    If it's more then 30days .ita .not .refundable
    I disabled auto renewal and Microsoft never sent me an email about charging me money on my card for a game pass.

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you'r in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
