    Hi I have forgotten my password for my main account and am just been driven around in circles beings asked for the old password to change it it’s driving me crazy

    It says at the 'What to do' link that I provided;

    4. Call Support if needed

    Only call Xbox support if:

    •There are unauthorized charges on your account

    •You can’t change your password

    •Your Gamertag has changed

    •You can’t download your profile

    If you fall into those categories, contact support. I'm no longer going to try and provide assistance.

    You can’t change your password

    Your gamertag has changed or,

    You can’t download your profile. I would also suggest you change your password here:
    https://account.live.com/. Let me know if this helps.

    How do I remove a card from an account that someone stole from me? I can’t get into it and the tv are charging my cards for stuff

    The thing is I can’t get into the account to do that they changed my password and everything I tired account recovery they said I didn’t provide enough info I need genuine help
