My Minecraft Bedrock PE Pan Cape won't load

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Minecraft PE Pan Cape not loading.

Please check your account and make sure that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account that you used to redeem the Pan Cape code.

Kindly double-check that you entered the code correctly and that it was successfully redeemed.

Restart the game and device:

And then close Minecraft completely and restart it.

Restart your device as well.

Next is to check for game updates. Your Minecraft Bedrock Edition should be fully updated.

Then verify cape selection. To do this please go to your character customization screen and check if the Pan Cape is selected and properly equipped.

Note that both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now, but won't be in Java Edition until July 8.

Well, it used to be called Minecraft PE but I thought it got merged with Minecraft Bedrock

Minecraft PE was discontinued in 2017. It was replaced with Minecraft Bedrock Edition which is simply known as just Minecraft.
