Catherine (2011) Profiles and Saves not Loading, Disconnecting from Xbox Live

I bought Catherine (2011) (Atlus,) and my save data will not load from the cloud, nor may I even sign in with my account because of what I presume to be, the subscription service. It tells me that I disconnect from Xbox Live every time I attempt to load my profile. Catherine is a single-player RPG Platformer, so there should be no reason whatsoever It needs Gamepass or Gold to function. Xbox, Atlus, somebody needs to be held responsible and look into these 360 games and make sure this issue, whatever might be causing it, isn't happening across other 360 games, because being locked out of my save data, and the entire, might I emphasize, SINGLE-PLAYER game is beyond non-consumer friendly.

Please restart your console. Hold the power button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds to turn it off completely, then unplug it for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Kindly restart your router/modem too in order for your network connection to refresh.

And then check network connection. Go to Settings > General > Network Settings and run a network test to ensure your connection is stable.

Next is to uninstall and then reinstall the game in order for the corrupted files will be deleted.

If you haven't synced the profile on your home console w/ xbox live the Gamerscore/achv will not update. If you download the profile to another console it will only load the profile from the last saved point when you last logged into xbox live from your
home console.

I bought this game for my son and I to play on Xbox one with the backwards compatibility but when we load it up it disconnects us from Xbox live (or says it does) but we are still logged in to Xbox live on the one console. So we can't save or load anything
and anything we do will be reset each time we play.

Perhaps it's just a bug, wait it out a day or two and hopefully your problem should be resolved. You can always try deleting your profile from your console and redownload it and see if solves your problem.

I had a friend who had a similar problem and what he did was: Disconnect from Xbox Live. Log out of your profile. Put your profile on a USB. Load the profile from USB. Reconnect to Xbox Live.

this could be caused by your save game.

For example if you have a second profile on the console, can you try and see what happens if you start the game via that profile, to see if it loads or not.

You can also try removing your save game from the console, if your console is connected to internet (Xbox Live) then a save game will be available on Xbox Live, so if you delete the save game locally, it should prompt to download it from Xbox Live and see
if the game loads properly.
