Why do I keep getting signed out of my xbox account when I try to sign in?

Whenever I try so sign in to the Xbox website to try to change my settings, I always get signed out no matter what device I use; whether it be my phone or my pc, it will sign me out as I try to sign in. I am able to enter my email and password, and for a brief moment I think it will sign me in, but then it immediately signs me out. I get the screen of it saying I have signed out of my account. It is really frustrating as I want to allow myself to access realms stories and just cannot. Please fix this or tell me how to. So far I have tried to change my password, removed all signed in accounts, used different devices and nothing has worked.

Never mind I figured it out thank you a lot for your help it was making me mad everytime it did it I wanted to throw my controller throw my tv lol thank you alot mister beep

Sorry to hear about the sign out issue! Let's start with Deleting your Xbox Live profile from the Xbox 360. Before add your profile back to your Xbox 360 console, clear the system cache three times and power off. Once you power back on, sign your Xbox Live
