    Why does Microsoft fail so spectacularly to provide decent support for their products?


    I have nothing but issues when it comes to microsoft hardware, like it is second to absolutely no one when it comes to **** quality. To add insult to injury, their support structure is an abject failure as well. They provide no actual support personnel to speak with over the phone or email 24/7, and the only other option is to post on this bricked-**** forum board that has an issue uploading any file above 20kb.

    I fail to understand how a company like this maintains its place in such a competitive market. It has become an utter failure in terms of delivering for its customer base.

    Xbox won't allow controllers to stay connected wirelessly

    Why does every controller i buy eventually develop Drift issues with the thumbsticks , or Produce Double input. I own an Elite1 , Elite 2 , multiple stock controllers and various others and no matter how hard i try to care for my controllers They all Eventually fail me and when they do. Nothing is offered the only solution i have is buy another. Why cant they be repaired ? Why cant i get one replaced Why cant they just work right ?! And why doe it seem like a customer support doesn't care to provide adequate answer to these questions Thank you for your time please FIX controller drift , double input and While your at it consider addressing the issues they have with pairing them its a nightmare to say the least and im pretty sure microsofts engineers know their controllers are Fragile/ prone to fail yet market these products as "ELITE"

    I would get in contact with the Datel product support, but if that fails get in touch with Microsoft support.

    Im new to the forum but i have to ask, does Microsoft support look at these posting use this to learn about user issues, provide suggestions and fixes?

    Seems like all companies make the users ask questions in the community forums and rely on other users to provide the answers instead of having Microsoft product support provide the answers.

    You CAN`T complain about something you never tried and never actually saw a gameplay on.

    For attention or in your words " we want a decent product and actually don't want to see the Xbox One fail"

    Does Microsoft provide any support for hardware?

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually work for me. They do have technical support for hardware.
