My game close out and I can't load my game

Discus and support My game close out and I can't load my game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have 100 hours of game play in baldur gate 3 I was playing it game randomly close out so I restarted it and now my save file isn't there please help...     I have 100 hours of game play in baldur gate 3 I was playing it game randomly close out so I restarted it and now my save file isn't there please help

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with your game Baldur gate 3.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check for updates by going to Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates on your Xbox.

    And then perform a hard restart of your Xbox Series X by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until it turns off completely, then turn it back on.

    Next is to check for overheating: Make sure your Xbox is not overheating, it should have proper ventilation and is not in a confined space.

    Kindly move the game from an external ssd to the Xbox’s internal storage.
