I have a microsoft account that is refusing to work at all on my computer.

Hope it works! Steam worked for me. Microsoft are currently refusing to refund me, despite their technical department being unable to install it, even when they remoted onto my computer.

Thank you. The game seems to be working again. I received an email that someone had hacked into my account and then they tried to get into my computer, I refused them access. Again thx for checking.

Correct but they couldn't, didn't and wouldn't. I asked them to confirm whether or not another account was billing to my card, I didn't want details of the account just confirmation that there was another account charging it, and they refused citing privacy...
Load of nonsense. I have worked for past 20 years on billing and CRM systems and this is possibly a Microsoft billing problem but they refuse to admit it and refuse to refund the over charging and are making me go back to my bank to lodge a complaint thru
them for services charged but not delivered. All fine because if Microsoft want to fight, I'm happy to kick them, they are nothing but a shower of numpties.....

I changed my password. Still didn't work. I tried logging on with a different account and that did work. The thing is all my saves are on my other account so I still need to access it. Also, my computer uses the same Microsoft account as my xbox, and my
computer can sign in no problem.

Yes I tried my console first when that wasn’t working I tried using my computer to add it to my Microsoft account and still it wouldn’t work. I have all the addresses correct and the cards are activated
