Game Pass Ultimate Perks Missing After Renewal

Hi everyone,

I recently renewed my Game Pass Ultimate subscription but I've noticed that my perks are missing. Before the renewal, I used to have access to the Game Pass Ultimate Perks section where I could claim various benefits. However, now when I check, I can't find any of them.

I’ve tried logging out and back in, and even rebooted my console, but still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any steps I can take to restore my missing perks?

Hello Nguyet, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

This could be an issue of a minor wait while the membership populates your account. However, what you can try for now is to powercycle your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes.

During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any memory there. When the internet is back up and running restart your console and check again.

For the game pass perks, it is per perks and not per subscription.

For example, I have redeemed a code perks for World of Tanks, after I redeemed it, I will not be able to redeem it again even if my susbcritpion expired and renewed.

Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.

If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks
