    Skylanders Imaginators is having trouble installing; stops at 32%


    I am on an Xbox One and my disc version of Skylanders Imaginators for Xbox One stops installation at around 32% and claims the disc is dirty or damaged. The disc has no visible damage or dirt and the console does not have a problem reading the disc before installation stops. I have also cleaned the disc just incase, but it still won't install. It also needs an update, but that downloads just fine. I also tried going offline, canceling the installation, power cycling, reinstalling offline, but it still stops installing. When the install gets stopped, the console will try to retry by itself, but it will continue to stay stuck.

    Disc damage can be microscopic, I suggest you try another Xbox and if it doesn't work there than you're going to have to replace it

    Unfortunately, no it doesn't. The reason for that is the Xbox 360 version's portal isn't compatible with Xbox One. You would need to purchase the Xbox One version of the game and its compatible portal. Of course, your figures will work with any version
    of the game.

    Sure thing. “Skylanders SuperChargers Portal Owner’s Pack”. Now I know the game skylanders is a pretty old game back in the years around (2013-2017) but i have installed older versions of this one and there playable and they installed fine, it’s just this game I’m having trouble with.
