    Where would be the best place to order custom Xbox controllers with:

    - customisable faceplates, buttons, backplates ect.

    (Preferably with the ability to use your own design)

    - Hall effect sticks

    I don't know of any people/places that will do what you want. You can try this site
    www.roguecontrollers.co.uk they have many custom controllers with different paint jobs and buttons replaced by bullet casings.
