Can't get online to work on Monster Hunter Rise on Windows 10, error code MR-131-9f

unable to play online? so if I buy monster hunter world disc and then I can't play with other people online?

I already did that, but nothing has changed; it's always stuck at the loading screen and signing in. But I already play another game like Hitman 3. The Monster Hunter: rise is the only game that didn't work.

I have already done so a lot, but I found out that by starting the game directly by the folder(there's 2 folders monster hunter rise and monster hunter rise1) I used the rise1 and it didn't crash, my opinion is that by starting it on Xbox app it can crash after a bit since it's emulating the working of Xbox while doing by the folder let's you decide the runningcp2 to use. I'll tell you tomorrow if my guess is correct

its know doing the same sign in thing with Monster hunter rise, but my other games still work so IDK.

Sea of Thieves works just fine and so does 7 Days
