Xbox not showing on display, Safe mode not accessible

Hey everyone, I got a Problem with my Xbox one X: Yesterday I brought it to a friends house but it was running really slow so I decided to restart it, but it just got stuck in that green Xbox screen. I tried a couple things, but in the end I had to to a factory reset. It worked. I got home everything seemed to work fine, Games, performance, shutting down cycles, etc. Then it started to run poorly again. I shut it down and when I went to open it after a while I got no Signal on my monitor. I tried different Monitors, different cables but got nothing. But when I just left it open while connected to a monitor for about an hour or so I finally got signal... but it was stuck in the green Xbox screen. I shut it off, and tried booting it up in the safe mode, but then got no signal. It also powers off after a while sometimes.

Is it because of the Hard-drive or the retimer chip? I've also read it could be because of the Power Supply.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please make sure you are performing the procedure to enter the troubleshooter correctly, remember that the Bind and Eject buttons must be held down until you hear two power tones, and the power button is only pressed once.

If you do everything right and you do not enter, in addition to presenting all these problems, it is best that you take your console to a third-party technician in your area, since it is impossible to tell you with certainty what piece of hardware could be failing, and in addition to the fact that in these forums it is not allowed to give guidance on it.

Reboot your computer and mash F8 until the boot menu shows up, choose safe mode, reset your display resolution and reboot again

unplug the power from the xbox, plug it back in then press and hold the power button on the xbox for about 15 seconds for it to boot up in like a safe mode which should reset the display settings to basic

The Xbox app cannot be opened in safe mode and automatically closes before it loads.

The "verify" option for my Microsoft account does not show up in the settings when booted in safe mode.

I used an ethernet cable to have Wi-Fi.
