Playing Fortnite on 2 Xboxes in same house with family account

This may mean that your daughter does not have the license for the game which is not an issue since it's a free game. Kindly ask your daughter to launch Microsoft Store App using her account and then search "Fortnite", then click "Get".

After that, perform a powercycle and you shouldn't be able to have any issues.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

This is the same situation we have. It is something that will have to be addressed as I know several families with 2 Xboxes getting a third this Christmas. We are at a time when kids and parents play games and to make it worse, most games do not have
local multiplayer anymore. That leaves you with needing multiple Xboxes in the house for kids to play the same games.

Two in the house can be worked around, but 3 doesn't work, even when everyone logged in is on the same family account in a house on the same IP address.. Hopefully this will get fixed.

One last thing...So if he has the xbox console at my house than he can have a PC with windows 10 at his dads house and play Fortnite using the same account without taking the xbox console with him? /LT

If you have 2 or more in a house, a family account (4 gts) to my understanding is about the same price as 2

Wait a minute, you mean we can’t play 2 sessions of fortnite on two different xboxs in the same house at the same time without a second feed? We have wired and wireless connections available.
