Cant redeem a game code

Hi Evan,

Thanks for coming to the forums. If the code has been redeemed they cant replace it. As the email states it was already redeemed on another account. Unless they can verify the account they cant see what account it is that the code was redeemed on. In this
case you will just need to purchase another copy of the game if you do not know the account it was redeemed on. As there is nothing more for this situation I will be locking this thread.

Thanks for your response. I got the the gears 5 ultimate console that comes with the game code, I redeemed it and I cant find it anywhere. I tried putting the code again and it says its redeemed.

IF i try to redeem The code again it just says that The kode is allready redeemed.

In The appstore it shows that i own the game. But i cant start The game on the consol

From what I have heard they have removed the option to toggle recurring subscriptions when redeeming a code, I have a 1 month code but cant redeem it either because I dont have a credit card, this is really annoying as now i cant use game pass due to microsoft being greedy.

Well for one you cant redeem a discord code on a xbox its only a pc or mobile app
