Why does my Xbox Series X controller spaz out only when playing MLB The Show 24?

Both the Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X versions of MLB The Show 24 are still included in Game Pass for Console and Game Pass Ultimate. For your reference, both of the games' listings have the "Included with Game Pass" button:

The triangle symbol normally means the system hasn't detected an active license for the game. Are other games also displaying this symbol?

Ive got the exact same problem and its only with MLB the show.

Loads the menus, as soon as it get to the game the console shuts off.

No other series X game does this to me and its only on the Series X version of MLB 21, it can play the standard Xbox One version absolutely fine though.

Ive deleted the game and redownloaded it twice, I even fully factory reset my xbox and it still does it.

Ive tried different resolutions, 60 and 120hz options, HDR on and off and no joy at all.

Were you ever able to fix this. I had an Xbox one. Got the Xbox X series for christmas. MLB the show 23 is the ONLY game that wont load...

I am are using play and charge kit on the xbox series x wireless controller it is are not official one but it is are working on the controller perfectly fine but the indicator does show medium battery level at all times and sometimes it does show fool battery level rather than that it is are working properly in the right way on the series x controller without any issues.

if you did not purchase the Deluxe Edition or the pre-order upgrade, it won't work until tomorrow when early access ends
