I lost all my forxa horizon 5 save data and have no idea what to do?

I started forza horizon 5 (fh5) last night like normal and was met with to either sync from console or cloud data (like normal) and they both had the same date and file size so I did what i normally do which was cloud data. Only to be met with a suspiciously quick sync time, it was out of the ordinary as the sync normally takes a minimum 2 minutes. And after tge quick sync I was met with the initial start screen as if I never played the game. The evidence i played the game being the fact of the achivements I have earned from as far back as August 2022, and screen shots from within the game as recent as the day before. Im so confused and honestly upset after the amount of hours (432 estimated) i have played and money on dlcs. I just want my save data bavk if it is physically possible

I have forza horizon and yesterday all of my data was stored on the usb flash drive and I went on today and all of my content is gone, it says the forza horizon save that you have selected is damaged and cannot be loaded.please delete the save in the memory
section of the Xbox dashboard. All of my cars were on there and I don't know how to get it back any ideas???
