Lost my Gamertag used for 20 years

I cannot access my Gamertag used for 20 years. The Hotmail account was created in 1998 and has only been used for the Gamertag. Recovery asks for Console ID for 360 and Xbox One. I have had a Series X since it's release and it's not listed. It also asks for email subject headings and email contacts. How do I speak to a person at Microsoft to get this sorted?

You have to look on the label on the back of the actual hardware or on the dashboard to get the console ID

my current gamertag is 2 years old, which is when i bought the xbox one ... i bought my 360 in 2011, but i lost my old gamertag email.

Having the same problem here! my Gamertag is associated with a different email (one I lost access to years ago) than my tablet which now created it's own gamertag.

i am pretty sure that it is on rawrrscenexbox1 gamertag and i own this gamertag the issue is i have never used it this year last time i used it was back in 2013 of december and i lost my email to this account and i need help recovering this account is
there a way anyone can retrieve the email on my account for me i can verify my adress and all my personal information for security measures

I lost access to my original gamertag Pilsbury847 years ago, but got that one in 2004. My current tag () I've had for 8 years. I do wish I still had access to that original account, unfortunately I made it as a kid and used a friend's email address
to register it. No idea on what the email or password was. RIP in peace mydude.
