Why xbox rewards wont work?

Hi, i purchased 1month of game pass ultimate using my reward points and i didint get the subscription, while my points are gone. Something else i need to do?

Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem from Rewards. If it's been over that, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either list a code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

We on the forums wont have any info on why the rewards are not working or some of the rewards disabled. It is quite feasible that the outbreak has something to do with it, since most of the staff for Microsoft will now be working from home, so things like
this might. I would say it's understandable for this to happen, especially under these conditions.

This has happened before. Try a hard reset ( complete shutdown not a restart) to see if this fixes it. If not open a ticket via support.

When I wired the modem up to the xbox it worked fine! So why wont it work wireless as it use to?
