i bought minecraft with paysafecard. order says declined and my money is gone

I was reading similar threads, but how im supposed to get my money back since i paid with my paysafecard and not bank account?

Hi Werter, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

Werter, any purchase declined to Microsoft will be refunded to the method used for payment no matter what it is, within a period of 3 to 5 business days, in this case it is Paysafecard that will reverse the unused funds that never reached Microsoft.

So in my order history it has turned up as declined - I have sent an inquiry to Paysafecard but I’ve been told they should automatically refund? Do you know what the usual process is with Paysafecard?

I just thought of something. Do I need to have a payment method set in my account settings in order to get the money back?
(I was expecting the money to arrive to the paysafecard I bought it with.)

Yeah I pre ordered it and it’s on my bank statement that the money has gone out in JULY! Haven’t had it returned or nothing and I still h e to pay for it? And it saying the order is declined well I want my 100 pound back because ringing Microsoft is useless it just hangs up
