Xbox app wont sing me in

Every time I start Xbox app, I keep getting error that Xbox app could not sign me in. Usually, after clicking on Fix button it works, but not this time. I get message that due recent changes in my PC i need to sign in again. However, I was NOT doing any HW or SW changes on my PC. After clicking continue, app freezes for a second, and again gives me the first error. Its a vicious circle and I`m loosing my patience.

I tried usual trouble shooting - dozens of restarts, repairing and resetting the app via Windows Settings, resetting MS store via wsreset.exe etc...

Both app and Windows is up to date and I can play already downloaded games.

Rant warning:

Even if the log in works, the app is slow, unresponsive, don't use full internet bandwidth and its overall horrible user experience. How can biggest software company in the world with nearly unlimited resources put out **** app like this? In 15 years of using Steam I haven't had a single issue with it. If this is something Xbox players have to deal on their console as well, no wonder MS lost the console wars.

i repaired, restarted, deleted and reinstalled all the apps with this problem, but still everything related to Xbox or still wont let me sing in. But every thing else like Xbox and my phone has no issue.

Xbox login servers were having some trouble earlier. They should be back up now, but some things such as messaging and friends lists may still be down and being fixed.

i start it up it signs in xbox live just fine good connectivity i go to start a game or app and it says sing in to xbox live time remaining 0 i hit sign in and it says im already signed in but it wont play the game or app
