Youtube Channel and Youtube Studio

I cannot make a Youtube channel even though i am 13.

The message that pops up is: We had trouble creating your channel. Please try again later.

And for Youtube Studio: Sorry, you can't access YouTube Studio with your account

I have tried restarting my PC but that doesnt work either.

You should contact Google, as they own YouTube, and should be able to help you with it.

So I used Upload Studio and published this clip to my OneDrive, then downloaded it. Then I uploaded it via the browser to my channel. No problems, worked perfectly.

I have paired my Xbox One with my youtube account/channel.

Anyone seen this before?

I don’t have any thing specific. Typically for Xbox specific stuff I watch Xbox On, game reviews I tend to watch IGN and Gameranx. For specific walkthrough stuff, it changes every time I play a game.
