    I recently got my account hacked and i tryed my best to get with support to get it back and i didnt know that you would suspend the account i wish to get my account unsuspended and recover it

    Hello again, sometimes what can happen is that Microsoft is not able to recover your account and then suspends it, if it was a suspension and not a ban it is because it is not possible to recover it.
