    Why cant i connect my xbox 360 to online services


    Me and my cousin made a new user on his xBox 360 and tried to connect that user to a hotmail or gmail or mircosoft account and it showed us QR cod to scan on online dashboard of xbox 360 and we visited the website for it to tell us its down.I want his xbox to work online and so dissapointed in you for putting down a xbox 360 website.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in to your Xbox 360. I understand that the QR code is not working when scanned. As part of our isolation, instead of using your Wi-Fi, please try to use your smartphone's mobile data while scanning and see if you'll get the same issues.

    yep service area says xbox 360 live connection is fixed but my problem is i can connect to xbox live on the dashboard and have been able to all day BUT and its a big but as soon as I open ANY game (not even online games) it disconnects me and tells me I
