Can’t install roblox

Hello, recently i’ve had an issue with Roblox on my xbox one. A while ago i tried to update it but it gave me error code 0x87e00031. I tried to delete it and reinstall it, but everytime i try to install it, it says it needs an update. Then when i go to update it it gives me the error code and it says error installing. I’ve factory reset my xbox. Checked my internet. I’m not sure what else to do.

Anomaly_573, try to totally uninstall the game then perform a Factory reset to your console keeping the rest of the games and applications and at the end download Roblox again.

Before performing this procedure above, could you perform an advanced connection test to your console and tell me the values you get?

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & System > Settings > General > Network Settings.

Select Test network speed and statistics.

I can’t convert it into robux because it doesn’t show the roblox robux in the redeem section so i can’t get robux

Yes but can’t there be a timer to stop breaking the system like roblox you can’t change a name after a week per change it’s a better idea

You can’t when the account for Roblox was made it was mainly on Xbox’s side then when they transitioned it had no password or email
