    I've installed Assassin's creed 2 game. Game starts normally, but in game there is screen shaking.

    I've contacted Ubisoft support and provided all info they asked.

    After reviewing requested info they said:

    We have found What is called a RADAR_PRE_LEAK. This means your PC is not operating at it's correct memory capacity. While we can advise, this is actually a Windows/hardware issue, and we suggest contacting Microsoft Support.

    Then I followed the steps from links they provided:

    1) This boots your computer with only basic systems in play:

    2) This finds and repairs damaged files:

    These steps didn't find any issues related to my case.

    So now I'm contacting you as per their recommendation.

    I'm sorry this is Xbox support, We have no ability to support Ubisoft games on PC, or to diagnose your issues remotely. You need to take it to local computer shop

    Hi thank you very much! I sort of understand what is happening, I'm just not sure on how to fix it and even though it's purely informational, how is it crashing my games?

    I am not playing through the app, no.

    Then you probably should check with the developers or run the PC with only the necessary process

    If you use a graphic card, would be necessary also to check the status of the card, as could be that the issue

    You should Run a benchmark test on the GPU to confirm that, as not all games have the same requirements, for example I have a damage Gou that can Run Warzone game but not Halo infinite as it crash, but runs perfectly on my second gpu, but the first one can't run a benchmark test without crashing

    Yes I'm still in contact with the support team for the games in question.

    My GPU is fully updated and isn't presenting any issues in any other game, so I came to the conclusion that was not the cause of the problem.
