    As mentioned above, if the code was redeemed on PC, that means that the code you had was for PC, okay? Codes cannot be redeemed for PC and Xbox, so if the code was redeemed for Xbox instead of PC, the code was exclusive to Xbox. If it was redeemed for Xbox, that code was for an Xbox game/DLC, not PC, okay? It could not have been redeemed for PC anyway, since you needed a PC code instead.

    I have a similar problem ... when I go on my account in the gigantic site can choose to redeem the code for the beta on Xbox One and / or PC, if I select one xbox I was sent to the xbox store on the page to redeem the codes 25 digit code which, however,

    What game is it? Was the code for the correct platform (ie. an Xbox code versus PC).

    That code is for a pc or steam version because xbox codes are longer then 16 characters
