Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're trying to reuse your Forza Horizon 5 installation files to avoid redownloading them from the internet.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, Microsoft store files are encrypted. Having said this, it will not be detected by your PC where Windows is freshly installed. You will have to manually download the game to make it work.
