    Why didn't I get an Xbox Ambassador legacy badge?


    I used to be a level 1 ambassador, but I got banned. Is that why I didn't get the badge when it shut down?

    Yes. You had to be an active Ambassador when the program closed in order to get the badge.

    the ambassador forum will become available to you once you get your ambassador badge, hang tight they are working on it. I got my badge but my husband didn't. :-D

    It's not just the badge he was missing, which I didn't miss, there was/is also a problem with claiming loot.
