i need help with my gaming account i think it got hacked

You probably will need to contact Xbox Support, since they are the only ones who can open an unauthorized access case to start an investigation.

When you are on the Xbox Support contact page be sure that the country shown in the bottom left corner matches your region to check if there is a local support option.

Otherwise choose the Microsoft Support Chat option, to see if they can help.

Hey there, you will need to go to the commerce page and take a look at your subscriptions to see if indeed your membership has expired early:

If you do find a discrepancy you will then need to contact Xbox phone support as they are the only ones to get support for a billing issue:

Sorry to tell you this but, there isn't anything you can really do for him.

He has to help himself by contacting Xbox Live support. You can't verify his info for his account, but I do understand the fact that he is young. Hopefully his guardian is aware and is going about to solving that issue.
