From which stores I can purchase aeo2 de there are two one of them is microsoft store game pass or Xbox Game Pass which of these two stores are suitable to purchase and play from?

Game Pass is a subscription, not a store. If you mean the Xbox app, both the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app are essentially the same store. They just have different names.

Unfortunately as the game has been de-listed from the store by developer there is not much that we can do mate :c

In your specific case would be nice purchase it on Steam if it’s there

The Microsoft Store offer is only for purchases through the Microsoft Store, which is different from purchasing through the Windows 10 Store. Usually Microsoft Store purchases are only physical copies of the game, which may have been eligible for a $10 discount
on future purchases from the Microsoft Store, but this is separate from the digital-only Windows 10 Store.
