Console bans won't show on the enforcement site since they're not tied to an account. You can find more information regarding console bans at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans but they cannot be reversed.

I don’t really think it’s a developers problem as my friends have finished these games on Xbox One X without crashes, I think it’s something about my console but I can’t figure it out.

It does not clarify. It gives me like 5 different things I COULD have been banned for and I can't find any dedicated team to help me figure out why. It also instantly denied my request for a reversal. It's why I want to talk to a human so I can figure out why and can plea my case because I think it's ridiculous that I got banned for anything I did, regardless of Xbox's reasoning.
