I need help getting into an old account

I logged into a Microsoft account on my PlayStation a while back and i need to log back in. I dont remember what the email or password is, i only know the username.

Somehow you're gonna have to figure out or remember the email. Its not possible to recover the account without it and support cant/wont tell you what the email is.

Knowing the gamertag (username) wont do you any good. Anyone can easily get that.

If you know that information then you can call Xbox Support 1-800-469-9269 (US number) and they can help you figure out your WLID associated with the account.
