I think it's an issue with xbox live that sometimes comes up,it also happened to me some time ago.

We understand many users have experienced this since the service alert. Try a
Hard
power cycle on the console. It should fix itself shortly if it hasn't already.

The service alert was resolved so just restart your console and keep using the service as normally.
