how do you file a complaint against the xbox support team for poor customer service

If it has to do with enforcement they cannot help it is.beyond their scope.or support

Phone support/Microsoft Chat Support like to direct folks here to post about their issues with people, but that's against the forum rules. There seems to be a disconnect between them and the forums in terms of telling people what to do. The only thing you
need to do to get the enforcement team's attention is file a complaint against the person doing this offense.

If the person is booting people offline you'd file a complaint against them for system tampering. The enforcement team only looks at complaints filed via the Xbox 360 console, they do not read nor do they respond to this section of the forums.

I would like to file a complaint against to code enforcement team due to their poor response time that I feel I very poor but I can't find a place to file a complaint. With that being said this is to the code enforcement team " I wish to file a complaint
against your department as I won't discuss it in open forum due to the fact that I don't want to bash your dept. in open forum".

The review is to have the enforcement team reinvestigate your account and determine if they were correct the first time around. It's rare that they do issue suspensions/bans by mistake though. It doesn't matter how many complaints you've had filed against
you. You can have a million complaints filed against you but would only receive a ban if the enforcement team finds that you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.
