    Who can I contact about refunding my account for the two days im banned from playing...


    My legal team will be collecting signatures in the appropriate manner to ensure that others in the community that struggle with the new, very sloppy management that chooses to steal from its consumers and give them no voice to say anything about it.

    I want my money and I want an explanation on why we decided to take the ability to appeal suspensions away

    banned for no reason and now I'm being constantly messaged by the guy who got me banned.

    that's what I'm thinking, I dont really mind being banned for a day. I have other accounts to play on. it just makes me mad that somone who starts a hostile conversation with me can get me banned for saying two words. he said some explicit things about
    my mom which I didnt think anything of. I normally don't report people. maybe they are having a bad day, I just delete their chats and move on.

    also im clean on this acc its my other account "Savaxge" that i think is caused it ive been banned in the pass but i have not done anything wrong on my xbox u can see the messages clean since my last ban like 6/7/17 was the day i got unbanned i can show
    messages they have no profound language and i dont go too game chat anymore im clean i dont deserve it at all, i changed.... but im still getting banned and console bans... u can ban the account even know its clean but can i please just play its summer i have

    My First born child who has already been banned for 1 week Communication ban and now has told a random kid on Xbox his IP through this app and know has been banned and I don't know if it's going to be a 2 week ban or permanent because we play on he same xbox in the living room on separate accounts and now I can no longer play and we have spent a lot money on the account and think my account should work or we should get a refund from my son's account
