why do my settings never save?

I tried the sign out sign in thing, but now it redirects me to this - https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...e-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one and I am not even in a family. ive checked.

and now i also cant get to the place where you change your settings. i dont know how

Thank you again. Could my problem be that I never set up my console in the first place? Under My Library, console, it says it looks like you haven’t set up a console yet.

And do pictures only save to console? Or do they save to the individual game cd? Basically if I sell the games, is there any photos or videos on the game?

It is a good idea though to never turn your Xbox off when something is loading or saving. That's why it says "Do not turn off Power when saving"

Never understood why this was not an online save.
