    When will Xbox become a better place?


    I used to be so excited to play games with my friends, and others on the platform. However, recently, Xbox has let me and so many others down. They fail to listen to their community, and claim that they care, but so no sign of it. Their support and ban enforcements are ridiculous. The support team fails to read your questions, and assist you simply by apologizing, and telling you that they can't help you, even when the solution is right in front of them. Their ban enforcements are awful. People get banned for calling out others who are breaking rules, or doing things that most would consider illegal or immoral. Xbox has a code of conduct, and claim that they care about the health of the community. Why is it that they continue to punish those who try to make it better, and praise those that make it worse? I will never understand how a company that values their supporters so little, claim to be a company that actually cares. In short: Do better, Microsoft. You have a long was to go before you can claim to be a company for the good of your supporters. Until then, I'll wait.

    Yeah, but some people maybe don't feel as comfortable opening up their consoles for proper cleaning so that could become a problem with time.

    If they aren't it's better to place their consoles in a place that can easily be cleaned and away from fabrics like carpets or blankets for example.
