    Black Ops 6 crashing on startup PC gamepass


    This one is going to be kind of long sorry in advance lol:

    Specs:

    rx6650xt

    ryzen 5 5600x

    b450 m gaming

    1 tb ssd (current windows and BO6 install location)

    2tb hard drive

    32gb ddr4

    So far i have tried everything. 5-6 hours of research, and 3 weeks of emailing microsoft and activision lead to nothing. microsoft and activision continuously bounced me back and forth, blaming each other. Heres what I have tried:

    all drivers updated

    reinstalling windows gaming services

    updating windows

    repairing both gaming services and xbox app

    installating all BO6 content packs

    uninstalling optional BO6 content packs

    sending crash logs to microsoft and activision

    installing battle net

    checking gamepass subscription

    FACTORY RESETTING MY PC!!!!

    Personally, im convinced the issue is the implementation of the anti cheat with game pass. battle net isnt even automatically installed upon launching the game. support wasn't helpful at all, they gave me the same old "restart your computer", "reinstall gaming services" (which isnt even possible anymore unless powershell is used), etc. COD just never works correctly.

    Yes I did the verify and repair option on xbox app.

    Thank you for the update and I'm sorry about your situation. Have you tried verifying the integrity of the app?

    To verify and repair game files on the Microsoft Xbox App for PC, follow the steps below:

    Open the Microsoft Xbox App and highlight Black Ops 6.

    Select the […] button next to the play button your game title and choose Manage.

    Select Files, then select Verify and Repair.

    You will then receive a pop-up warning you that you will not retain any mods or game saves that are not backed up.

    Select Yes to continue, the application will then verify your games files. You can launch the game once complete.

    If verifying the integrity of the game does not work on your situation, I would recommend that you submit a support ticket directly to Activision. By doing this, we can make sure that your case will be logged, attended and monitored accordingly.
