How do I stop error code 1

i keep getting a disc cleaning error whenever i start the scene where catwoman excapes harvey!!1 why and how do i stop it???

Just do one or all of the following to see if it works.

• methods to fix “Do you own this game or app?” (Error code 0x803f8001)” error on Xbox console
• Option 1. Power cycle Xbox one
• Option 2. Perform hard reset
• Option 3. Clean Windows Store cache
• Option 4. Set home console
• Option 5. Clear persistent storage data

Nope didnt work either. The downlaod literally gets to like 1% then it says installation stopped and gives me the error code

What is the exact error code or message you get when this happens?

How far do you get with the purchase? Is it the download that fails, or does it stop you from even completing the purchase?
