    My account hasn't existed for a few days, What can I do without losing everything?


    Good morning everyone,

    I need great help.

    A few days ago it was no longer possible to access my Microsoft account, the error was non -existent email.

    In Microsoft Store I managed to access for a day, accessing a game asked me for the password associated with an email @senoramail.com (obviously not mine and I think temporary email).

    From the next day the same thing happened for Miscrosoft Store. It's all non -existent.

    How can I recover access, I had many games purchased and I would not like to lose everything.

    2 factor authorisation. Such as using an authenticator app or getting a code to a phone via text.

    Hi Kris, many thanks for you reply. I try your link but when I put the email.... Microsoft account doesn't exist.

    Someone drills my account, but now I don't really know how I can do.
